Como Jefe de Almacén, serás responsable de garantizar la disponibilidad de los recursos humanos, tecnológicos, de infraestructura y financieros necesarios para coordinar la cadena de suministro y distribución, manteniendo un enfoque orientado al cliente.

Trabajarás de manera presencial, reportando directamente al Gerente de Operaciones de nuestro centro de distribución ubicado en Iztacalco .

Principales responsabilidades

- Liderar y gestionar equipos de trabajo para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos del cliente a lo largo de la cadena de suministro y el proceso de distribución, promoviendo una cultura de mejora continua.
- Alinear las actividades operativas con los objetivos estratégicos, tanto individuales como colectivos, e impulsar el desempeño mediante indicadores principal (KPIs) establecidos por la organización.
- Revisar y coordinar con el área de Recursos Humanos los requerimientos de personal necesarios para la operación diaria, incluyendo actividades de contratación y reclutamiento.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de salud, seguridad, higiene y protección dentro del centro de distribución, salvaguardando la integridad física de los colaboradores.
- Supervisar las operaciones diarias de la cadena de suministro, incluyendo recepción, almacenamiento, preparación de pedidos y entrega de productos, asegurando la integridad del inventario y el cumplimiento de los objetivos e indicadores de desempeño.
- Administrar el presupuesto anual destinado a gastos operativos, coordinando las actividades diarias del almacén y garantizando la correcta asignación de los gastos operativos (OPEX) y de capital (CAPEX), de acuerdo con su naturaleza.
- Liderar proyectos orientados a optimizar el control de inventarios,



administrar productos obsoletos, de baja rotación y próximos a caducar, reducir riesgos de obsolescencia y mantener la precisión y confiabilidad del inventario.

Requisitos
- Licenciatura concluida en Administración de Empresas, Logística, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Transporte o carrera afín.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en gestión de inventarios y administración de almacenes.
- Experiencia en manejo de personal directos e indirectos.
- Inglés intermedio deseable.
- Manejo de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel a nivel intermedio-avanzado (fórmulas y tablas dinámicas).
