About the Role

Our client, a reputable real estate developer, is seeking an experienced Construction Site Resident (Residente de Obra) to oversee residential housing and urban development projects in Torreón, Coahuila . This role is fundamental to ensuring that construction activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. The idóneo candidate will possess a strong technical background in civil engineering or a related field, coupled with excellent on-site management skills. You will be the primary point of contact on the construction site, responsible for coordinating work, supervising personnel, managing materials, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. This is a crucial role for a company committed to delivering high-quality housing and urban infrastructure in Torreón .

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and direct all construction activities on site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications in Torreón .
- Manage and coordinate the work of contractors, subcontractors, and on-site labor.
