About the Role

Our client is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Generalista de Recursos Humanos con Énfasis en Nómina to join their team in Culiacán, Sinaloa . This hybrid role requires a blend of general HR knowledge and specialized expertise in payroll processing and administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, including payroll, employee data management, benefits administration, and employee relations support. You will be a key point of contact for employees regarding HR queries and will ensure accurate and timely processing of all payroll-related activities in compliance with Mexican labor laws. Key Responsibilities

- Process payroll accurately and efficiently for all employees, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Manage employee data within the HRIS system, including new hires, terminations, status changes, and personal information updates.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and general HR inquiries.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of all statutory reports related to payroll and social security (IMSS, INFONAVIT).
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee relations activities,



including investigations and conflict resolution as needed.
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure data integrity and privacy.
- Collaborate with the finance department on payroll-related matters and reconciliations.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR generalist functions with a strong emphasis on payroll processing and administration in Mexico.
- Solid understanding of Mexican labor laws and payroll regulations, including IMSS and INFONAVIT.
- Proficiency with HRIS and payroll software.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and mathematical aptitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
