About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly qualified and forward-thinking Coordinador/a de Desarrollo Curricular y Metodologías de Aprendizaje to lead their educational innovation initiatives remotely. This role is crucial for designing, implementing, and refining our curriculum and teaching methodologies to ensure they are engaging, effective, and aligned with 21st-century learning standards. You will work with a diverse team of educators and specialists to foster innovative pedagogical approaches that enhance student outcomes across all educational levels. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and continuous improvement of educational curricula and learning methodologies.
- Research and identify innovative teaching strategies, technologies, and pedagogical models.
- Design and develop professional development programs for educators focused on curriculum implementation and new methodologies.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and content creators to produce engaging learning materials.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of curricula and methodologies through data analysis and feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure curriculum alignment with educational standards and institutional goals.
- Facilitate online workshops and communities of practice for educators.
- Provide guidance and support to educational teams in implementing new approaches.
- Stay current with educational research,

- Manage curriculum development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

- Master's degree or higher in Education, Curriculum Development, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum design, instructional design, or pedagogical leadership, preferably in a remote or distributed environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing innovative learning methodologies (e.g., project-based learning, inquiry-based learning, blended learning).
- Strong understanding of learning theories, educational psychology, and assessment strategies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology tools.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage remote teams and projects.
- Must have reliable internet connectivity and a suitable remote work environment.
