- o BOM analysis
- o Data stage review
- o Data stage information upload
- o Data stage conciliation.
- o Detect mistakes and follow up on corrections.

- Rule eight:

- o Part number analysis
- o Vucem solicitation.
- o Balance control in customs inventory system

- Experience with import/export operation:

- o Pedimento review and upload
- o HTS review and follow up with the broker.
- o Support the team with any system issues.

Education/Certifications

- Technical Degree in International commerce “necessary”
- Professional degree in international commerce “desirable”.



Experience

+2 years’ experience in:

- Experience managing customs inventory system (Annex 24).
- BOM analysis
- Data stage review and conciliation.
- Rule eight solicitation in VUCEM and balance control.
- Experience with import/export day to day operation: Hard Skills
- Data analysis, Knowledge of customs operation, Experience with VUCEM and Rule eight, Computer systems proficiency, Soft Skills.
- Responsiveness, Attention to detail, Communication skills, Conflict resolution, Emotional intelligence, Problem-solving, Responsibility, Teamwork, Time management.
