About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing provider of specialized air cargo services, is looking for a proactive and organized Coordinador de Operaciones Aéreas Logísticas to manage and optimize flight schedules and cargo movements. This role is based in Cuernavaca, Morelos . The adecuado candidate will possess a strong understanding of aviation logistics, operational planning, and efficient resource management. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and timely execution of air cargo operations, coordinating with various stakeholders including flight crews, ground handling, and clients. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage daily flight schedules, ensuring efficient utilization of aircraft and resources.
- Coordinate with flight crews, maintenance, and ground operations to facilitate on-time departures and arrivals.
- Oversee cargo loading and unloading processes, ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations.
- Monitor flight progress and proactively address any potential delays or disruptions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on shipment status and operational information.
- Manage documentation related to flights, cargo,



and operational performance.
- Optimize routing and logistics to minimize transit times and operational costs.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant aviation regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvements.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and airport authorities as needed.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation operations, logistics, or a similar coordinating role.
- Strong understanding of air cargo operations, flight planning, and scheduling.
- Proficiency in using flight planning software and logistics management systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity for quick decision-making.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with aviation regulations and safety standards.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Cuernavaca, Morelos area.
