About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and diligent Junior Corporate Lawyer to join their legal team. This role offers a fully remote working experience, idóneo for a recent law graduate or someone with 1-3 years of experience looking to build a strong foundation in corporate law. You will support senior lawyers in various corporate legal matters, including contract drafting, corporate governance, and legal research. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment, working closely with experienced professionals and contributing to the company's legal framework. The position is located in the vicinity of Morelia, Michoacán , but operates on a fully remote basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising corporate documents, contracts, and legal correspondence.
- Conduct legal research on various corporate law topics and prepare summaries.
- Support the corporate governance function, including preparing board minutes and statutory filings.
- Help manage corporate records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist in due diligence processes for transactions.




- Provide administrative support to the legal department.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on various legal projects.
- Learn and apply legal principles and firm procedures.

Requirements

- Law degree (Licenciatura en Derecho).
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate law or a strong internship experience.
- Solid understanding of basic corporate law principles.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
