About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.




- Implement and improve warehouse procedures to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the warehouse.
- Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory and managing orders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to warehouse operations promptly.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or coordination role.
- Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control techniques.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Good communication skills in Spanish.
