We are looking for a Zoho Functional Consultant to analyze client requirements, design business processes, configure Zoho applications, manage implementations, and support users during adoption.

The idóneo candidate understands how companies operate and can translate business needs into practical Zoho solutions.

This position is primarily functional and client-facing. Deep programming knowledge is not required, although a good understanding of automation and Zoho capabilities is important.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct discovery meetings with clients.

Analyze existing business processes.

Identify requirements and process improvements.

Translate client needs into Zoho configurations.

Configure Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, pipelines, workflows, and permissions.

Design Blueprints and business processes.

Configure reports and dashboards.

Coordinate requirements with developers when custom development is needed.

Prepare functional specifications.





Perform user acceptance testing.

Train administrators and end users.

Prepare documentation and training materials.

Support clients during implementation and go-live.

Follow up on tasks, requirements, and project milestones.

Recommend improvements based on Zoho best practices.

Help clients improve system adoption.

Requirements

Required Skills

Understanding of CRM and business processes.

Experience configuring Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.

Ability to conduct requirement-gathering meetings.

Ability to document business requirements.

Strong organizational skills.

Comfortable interacting directly with clients.

Ability to understand sales, operations, customer service, or administrative processes.
