ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- 1. Keep the production machines in optimal conditions
- 2. Lead the team of maintenance technicians to respond in a timely manner to the maintenance needs of the production machinery
- 3. Actively participate in the training of new staff
- 4. Monitor the compliance of the ranges of TPM in each of the operations, and maintain controlled and updated said ranges
- 5. Promote and propely utilize the systems, procedures and practices described in the systems of quality, environment and safety.
- 6. Preparation of requisitions for all personnel assigned area.
- 7. Participation and evaluation of failures presented on different machines.
- 8. Complies with policies and procedures pertaining to facility or divisional adopted standards such as IATF 16949.
- 9. Complies with ISO 14001 according to FTM-EHS-12. Matrix of Roles Responsibility and Authority.
