About the Role

Our client is a rapidly growing blockchain project seeking an energetic and engaging Community Manager de Criptomonedas to join our team in Cuernavaca, Morelos . In this role, you will be the voice of our project within the crypto community, fostering engagement, building brand loyalty, and providing essential support to our users. You will manage our social media channels, engage in discussions on forums and platforms like Telegram and Discord, and help grow our global community. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about cryptocurrencies and experienced in building and nurturing online communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement community engagement strategies across various platforms (Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, etc.).
- Create and curate engaging content to inform and excite our community about project updates, developments, and milestones.
- Monitor community channels, respond to user inquiries, and address concerns promptly and professionally.
- Organize and host community events, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), and other engagement initiatives.
- Gather community feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing efforts.
- Identify and engage with key influencers and community leaders.
- Report on community growth, engagement metrics, and sentiment.
- Act as a bridge between the project team and the community,



ensuring clear and consistent communication.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role, preferably in the crypto/blockchain industry.
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms and community management tools.
- Strong understanding of online community dynamics and engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for community building.
- Experience with content creation is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
