As a Staff Accountant you will be supporting the daily and weekly needs of the Accounting/Finance team.

We are looking for well-organized and steadfast problem solvers, who love to learn and grow in their craft.Location: Mexico - This role is 100% remote anywhere in Mexico.Reports to :Finance ManagerWhat you'll be working on:Provide key support to various finance functionsImplement systems, software, processes, and proceduresMaintain a system of controls over all accounting transactionsAssist with issuing timely and accurate monthly financial statementsEnsure clients are invoiced timely and accuratelyApply client paymentsEnsure balance sheet reconciliations are completed within deadlinesAssist with annual audit requestsPrepare ad hoc reports as required,



including special projects as necessaryMaintain a customer service mindset to ensure all internal and external customers are satisfiedTechnologies you may work with:Microsoft ExcelSage IntacctPlanfulWhat you bring to the role:3+ years of progressively responsible experienceBilingual in English and Spanish (fluent in both spoken and written communication) preferredStrong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detailCommitment to producing error-free workHigh level of proficiency with Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of AI tools such as Copilot and Claude, and the ability to drive process improvements using AIExperience with multi-entity, multi-currency organizationsExperience working with international groups and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is a plusAbility to work in a remote environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsPositive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work both in a team and independently*If you don't have all the qualifications listed, don't worry!
