About the Role

Our client, a leading early childhood education provider, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Coordinador Pedagógico for their remote operations based in Saltillo, Coahuila, MX. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and refine the curriculum for early childhood education programs, ensuring alignment with best practices and developmental milestones.
- Provide remote pedagogical guidance and support to educators and staff, facilitating professional development opportunities.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of age-appropriate learning activities and resources, with a focus on digital and interactive content.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pedagogical approaches, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with curriculum development teams to integrate new methodologies and technologies into the learning experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or coordination role.
- Proven experience in curriculum development and pedagogical strategy design, preferably in a remote setting.
- Excellent understanding of child development theories and practices.
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote environment.
- Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is a plus.
