About the Role

Our client is embarking on an ambitious expansion phase and seeks a visionary Head of Strategic Business Development Projects to spearhead key growth initiatives. This pivotal role, based conceptually in Culiacán, Sinaloa , will focus on identifying new market opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and overseeing the successful implementation of projects designed to enhance our client's market position and profitability. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of market dynamics. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while driving significant change for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies and project plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives and project milestones.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Oversee the budget and resource allocation for strategic projects.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and contracts.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in business development processes.




- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic business development, project management, or a related senior leadership role.
- Proven success in identifying and launching new markets or business ventures.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Experience in the agricultural or technology sectors is a strong advantage, relevant to the Culiacán, Sinaloa region.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
