Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the sports or leisure industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the sports market in Mexicali and Baja California is advantageous.
