Key Responsibilities

- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and process efficiencies.
- Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for various spend categories.
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts and terms with suppliers, ensuring favorable outcomes.
- Monitor supplier performance against agreed-upon metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and provide procurement support.
- Prepare reports and presentations on procurement activities, savings achieved, and market insights.




- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of procurement systems and tools.
- Conduct research on market conditions and supplier capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Support the procurement team in ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Experience with procurement software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and contribute.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
