About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies tailored to client objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify digital opportunities and threats.
- Advise clients on adopting new technologies, such as AI, machine learning, cloud computing, and data analytics.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute digital transformation projects from conception to completion.
- Create compelling business cases and ROI analyses for proposed digital initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client stakeholders on digital best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for follow-on engagements.




- Prepare and present strategic recommendations and project outcomes to senior client leadership.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field;
- MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, digital strategy, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing digital strategies for businesses.
- Strong understanding of various digital technologies and platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, marketing automation, data visualization tools).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and leading teams.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- Must be authorized to work remotely from Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, MX.
