About the Role

Our client, a pioneering company in the Belleza y Bienestar sector, is seeking an experienced Brand and Product Manager to lead their product strategy and brand development. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and autonomy to the right candidate. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to market launch and ongoing management. The adecuado candidate will possess a strong understanding of the beauty market, exceptional strategic thinking, and a proven ability to drive product innovation and brand growth. This role is crucial for shaping the future of our client's product portfolio and strengthening their market position. You will be a key contributor to a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, driving success in the competitive beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and product roadmaps. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends. Lead product development initiatives, working closely with R&D;, marketing, and sales teams. Define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. Manage product launches, ensuring successful execution across all channels. Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback for improvements.



Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and key stakeholders. Oversee brand consistency and communication across all platforms. Manage the product P&L; and profitability.

Requirements

MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in brand management, product management, or marketing, preferably within the Belleza y Bienestar industry. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing consumer products. Strong understanding of product development processes and market dynamics in the beauty sector. Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management abilities. Experience working in a remote or hybrid team environment. Proficiency in market research tools and methodologies.
