About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales role, with a demonstrable track record of success.
- Possession of a valid real estate license in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of real estate principles, market dynamics, and legal requirements.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales enablement tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Excellent presentation and persuasion skills, both verbal and written.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Must be a results-oriented individual with a passion for real estate and sales.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space suitable for remote work.
