About the Role

Our client, a significant player in the telecommunications field, is seeking a highly motivated Ingeniero de Sistemas de Telecomunicaciones to join their operations team in Puebla, Puebla . This role focuses on the critical tasks of implementing, configuring, and integrating complex telecommunication systems and equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring that new systems are deployed smoothly, meet technical specifications, and are fully operational to support our client's growing service demands. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with a strong technical background in telecommunications hardware and software, who enjoys hands‑on work and problem‑solving in a field environment. The successful candidate will contribute directly to the expansion and enhancement of our client's network capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and commission telecommunication systems and network equipment (e.g., routers, switches, base stations, fiber optic systems). Perform system testing and validation to ensure compliance with design specifications and performance standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation phase. Collaborate with project managers and field technicians to ensure timely and successful project completion. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including installation guides, configuration templates, and test reports. Provide technical support and training to junior staff and field teams. Ensure all installations adhere to safety regulations and company policies.



Work closely with vendors and suppliers to manage equipment and software updates. Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation processes and methodologies.

Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in the installation and configuration of telecommunication systems. Solid understanding of telecommunication principles, including transmission technologies, networking, and relevant hardware. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and documentation. Experience with diagnostic tools and testing equipment. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, often in field conditions. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Willingness to travel within the region as required. Experience in the telecommunications sector is essential.
