Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, auditing, and deployment of complex smart contracts on various blockchain platforms.
- Define and enforce best practices for smart contract development, security, and testing.
- Mentor and guide a team of smart contract developers, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into robust smart contract solutions.
- Conduct in-depth security reviews and risk assessments of smart contract code.
- Optimize smart contracts for gas efficiency and performance.
- Stay at the forefront of blockchain technology advancements and propose innovative solutions.
- Contribute to the overall architectural vision for our blockchain products.

Requirements





- Extensive experience as a Smart Contract Developer, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Expert proficiency in Solidity and other smart contract programming languages.
- Deep understanding of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and blockchain architecture.
- Proven experience with smart contract development tools and frameworks (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry).
- Strong knowledge of security best practices, common vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques.
- Experience with formal verification methods is a plus.
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in a remote setting.
- Bachelor's or Master´s degree in Computer Science or engineering.
