About the Role

Our client, a prominent player in the industrial construction sector, is seeking a highly capable Construction Project Manager to spearhead projects in Culiacán, Sinaloa . This role requires a leader with extensive experience in managing large-scale industrial and logistics facilities from conception through completion. You will be responsible for all aspects of project execution, including budget management, scheduling, team leadership, client relations, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. The adecuado candidate will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven ability to navigate the complexities of industrial construction. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the planning, execution, and closing of industrial and logistics construction projects in Culiacán .
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial profitability.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying critical paths and proactively managing risks.
- Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
- Negotiate contracts, manage procurements,



and oversee the performance of vendors and suppliers.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare comprehensive project status reports for senior management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex industrial and logistics facilities (warehouses, manufacturing plants, distribution centers).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6), and cost management.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams effectively.
- Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes in Sinaloa is advantageous.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
