About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Captain in all phases of flight operations, including pre-flight planning, en-route operations, and post-flight procedures.
- Monitor flight instruments, navigation systems, and aircraft performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure a safe and efficient flight.
- Communicate effectively with air traffic control, flight attendants, and ground personnel to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage cabin and cockpit resources efficiently, adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Perform duties as Pilot Flying (PF) and Pilot Monitoring (PM) as directed by the Captain.
- Maintain situational awareness throughout the flight, anticipating potential issues and taking proactive measures.




- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in regular training and simulator sessions to maintain proficiency and upgrade qualifications.
- Assist in the management of passenger comfort and safety during the flight.

Requirements

- Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with multi-engine and instrument ratings.
- Valid First-Class Medical Certificate.
- Minimum of 1500 flight hours, with significant experience in multi-engine aircraft.
- Proficiency in turboprop or regional jet operations is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations and procedures.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work adaptable hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with aviation weather products and flight planning software.
- Based in or willingness to relocate to Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas .
- English proficiency for aviation communication.
