Requirements

- Doctorate (Ph.D. or equivalent) in a relevant academic discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in academic leadership roles within higher education, including significant administrative responsibility (e.g., Dean, Department Chair).
- Proven track record of success in curriculum development, faculty management, and academic strategic planning.
- Demonstrated commitment to academic excellence, research, and student success.
- Strong understanding of higher education trends, accreditation standards, and financial management.
