Key Responsibilities

- Develop and oversee the company's long-term financial strategy and strategic planning process.
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Evaluate potential investments, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
- Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic insights to senior management.




- Ensure alignment between financial plans and overall business objectives.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Communicate financial strategies and performance to the board of directors, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial planning and analysis processes.

Requirements

- MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A;), corporate finance, strategic planning, or investment banking.
- Proven experience in developing and executing corporate financial strategies.
- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and capital markets.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and performance metrics.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with financial planning software and data analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and lead dispersed teams.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is highly desirable.
