About the Role

Our client, a distinguished management consulting firm, is actively seeking a proactive and experienced Consultor de Planificación Estratégica to join their team based in Toluca, State of Mexico, MX . This critical role involves guiding clients through the development and implementation of robust strategic plans that drive long-term growth and competitive advantage. You will be responsible for facilitating strategic planning sessions, conducting market and competitive analysis, financial forecasting, and translating strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps. The idóneo candidate possesses strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, exceptional facilitation abilities, and a proven track record of delivering impactful strategic solutions. This role requires dedicated on-site engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and facilitate strategic planning workshops with senior leadership teams.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal capabilities.
- Develop comprehensive strategic plans, including vision, mission, values, and long-term goals.
- Formulate strategic initiatives, setting clear objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and action plans.
- Develop financial forecasts and models to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for strategic initiatives.
- Communicate strategic plans and progress to stakeholders at all levels.




- Support the implementation and monitoring of strategic initiatives.
- Stay abreast of best practices in strategic planning and business strategy.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful strategic plans.
- Strong analytical, research, and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks and tools.
- Ability to manage complex projects and client relationships effectively.
- Experience working in the consulting industry is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Toluca, State of Mexico, MX .
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
