As our Sales Manager - Utility, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the Mexican utility-scale solar market, developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sustainable sales growth.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, developers, EPCs, and strategic partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen our position in the utility-scale solar segment.
- Manage key accounts, lead commercial negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Technical, Logistics, Marketing, and Business Development,



to deliver outstanding customer solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, track performance, and drive strategic account planning.

Job Requirements

- Proven sales experience in the photovoltaic (PV) or renewable energy industry, preferably within the utility-scale segment.
- Strong knowledge of the Mexican solar energy market and its key players.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and developing strategic accounts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet customers and develop business opportunities.
- Professional proficiency in English.
