Serás fundamental para impulsar la cultura de mejora continua y excelencia operativa en toda la organización, identificando oportunidades de optimización en procesos de negocio y manufactura, y guiando la implementación de herramientas Lean. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con diversos departamentos, proporcionando coaching y soporte para maximizar la eficiencia y eliminar desperdicios. Key Responsibilities

- Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua y eliminación de desperdicios en todos los niveles de la organización.
- Implementar y estandarizar herramientas Lean Manufacturing (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Poka-Yoke).
- Facilitar talleres y sesiones de formación sobre principios y metodologías Lean para el personal.
- Realizar análisis de flujo de valor (VSM) para mapear procesos y proponer mejoras.
- Actuar como coach y mentor para los equipos en su viaje de transformación Lean.
- Medir y reportar el impacto de las iniciativas Lean en la eficiencia, costos y calidad.

Requirements

- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o campo relacionado. Maestría deseable.
- Mínimo de 6 años de experiencia en la implementación y gestión de programas Lean .
- Certificación reconocida en Lean Manufacturing o Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt).
- Experiencia demostrada en la aplicación de herramientas Lean en entornos de manufactura y/o servicios.
- Habilidad excepcional para el análisis, resolución de problemas y facilitación.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación,



adaptadas a un entorno remoto .

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze process data to identify waste and opportunities for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction.
- Develop standard work instructions and documentation for improved processes.
- Coach and mentor team members across different locations on Lean principles and best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and impact of Lean initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders through virtual channels to ensure project success.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
