Key Responsibilities

- Providing advanced remote technical support for hardware, software, and network systems.
- Developing and executing remote maintenance plans for critical infrastructure.
- Guiding on-site personnel and end-users through complex installation and repair processes using remote communication tools.
- Performing root cause analysis for recurring technical issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and user manuals.

- Managing remote access tools and ensuring data security protocols are followed.

- Conducting virtual training sessions for clients and support staff.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support, system administration, or field maintenance.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Strong understanding of remote management technologies (e.g., RDP, VNC, TeamViewer) and network protocols.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with scripting or automation tools is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior technical staff remotely.
