About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and proactive Project Coordinator to support the execution of key infrastructure projects in Chihuahua, Chihuahua. This role is critical for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The idóneo candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational abilities, and a foundational understanding of project management principles. You will work closely with Project Managers and technical teams, playing a vital role in documentation, tracking, and communication. This position is based in our Chihuahua office, requiring regular in-person collaboration and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Project Managers in the planning and execution phases of projects.
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, reporting deviations promptly.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Support the procurement process and manage vendor interactions as needed.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Assist in risk assessment and the development of mitigation strategies.




- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports to relevant parties.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar support role within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Experience working on projects in Chihuahua, Chihuahua or similar environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is advantageous.
