We are seeking an experienced M365 Administrator responsible for day-to-day administration, support, reporting, and operational management of Microsoft 365 platforms, including Exchange Online (Email), SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, Zoom, Mobility solutions, and related collaboration tools. The role will also support migration initiatives, including Box-to-M365 migration activities, with a focus on resolving complex migration scenarios and ensuring successful completion of migration waves.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, and mobility solutions.

Manage day-to-day operations, incident resolution, service requests, user administration, and platform governance.

Monitor platform health, generate operational reports, and provide performance insights.

Troubleshoot and resolve M365, Zoom, and collaboration platform issues.

Support migration projects, including Box migration activities, ensuring timely completion of migration waves.

Handle complex migration scenarios, data transfer issues, permissions,



and user adoption challenges.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure service continuity and successful project delivery.

Maintain security, compliance, and best practices across collaboration platforms.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform).

Experience supporting Zoom and enterprise collaboration platforms.

Knowledge of M365 migration tools, data migration, and tenant administration.

Experience with Box migration projects and complex migration troubleshooting.

Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience:

5+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience.

10+ years of overall IT infrastructure/support experience.

Experience working in enterprise-scale collaboration and migration environments.
