Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for deviations from budget and forecast.
- Support capital allocation decisions and investment analysis.
- Evaluate the financial implications of new business initiatives and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, Marketing) to gather data and provide financial guidance.




- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on financial health.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
- Identify and recommend cost‑saving measures and efficiency improvements within the organization.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or strategic planning.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation techniques.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas) and financial software (e.g., ERP systems, BI tools).
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into clear, concise business recommendations.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable interacting with senior management.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in the technology sector is a plus.
