About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Farmacéutico de Investigación Clínica to join our expanding drug development team, remotely, supporting operations originating from Saltillo, Coahuila. This role is central to the successful execution of clinical trials, ensuring the integrity of data and the safety of study participants. You will be instrumental in the design, implementation, and monitoring of clinical studies for novel pharmaceutical agents. Key Responsibilities

- Design, plan, and execute clinical research protocols for new drug candidates.
- Oversee the recruitment and enrollment of participants in clinical trials, ensuring adherence to inclusion/exclusion criteria.
- Monitor study progress, collect and manage clinical data, and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, regulatory requirements, and institutional policies.
- Manage investigational product accountability, storage, and dispensing.
- Prepare and submit regulatory documents, progress reports, and study close-out reports.
- Collaborate with investigators, study coordinators, ethics committees, and regulatory agencies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the conduct of clinical trials.
- Contribute to the development of study-related documents,



including informed consent forms and case report forms.
- Stay current with scientific literature and advancements in clinical research and drug development.

Requirements

- Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or a related life science degree from an accredited institution.
- Active Pharmacist license in Mexico.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotechnology settings.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial design, methodologies, and regulatory affairs (FDA, EMA, COFEPRIS).
- Experience with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and relevant international guidelines.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in electronic data capture (EDC) systems and clinical trial management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of drug development processes and pharmaceutical sciences.
