Key Responsibilities

- Define pedagogical approaches and learning objectives for online courses and programs.

- Oversee the instructional design process, ensuring alignment with quality standards and learning goals.
- Manage the development lifecycle of online courses, from conceptualization to deployment.
- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other digital tools to create and deliver interactive content.
- Conduct needs assessments and market research to identify opportunities for new online offerings.

- Ensure all online curriculum adheres to accessibility standards and best practices.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and developing online courses and educational programs.
- Proven expertise in adult learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and digital pedagogy.
- Strong experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and SMEs.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use it to inform instructional design decisions.
- Creative and innovative thinking, with a passion for leveraging technology in education.
- Experience working in a technology-driven or startup environment is a plus.
- Understanding of the educational technology landscape in Querétaro .
