About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Director/a de Centro de Educación Inicial Bilingüe to lead their esteemed institution in San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí . This leadership role is responsible for the overall management and educational direction of the center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality bilingual education for young children. The idóneo candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a deep understanding of early childhood pedagogy, and a passion for fostering an inclusive and stimulating learning environment. You will play a key role in shaping the educational philosophy, managing staff, overseeing operations, and building strong relationships with parents and the community in San Luis Potosí . This is a critical position for driving educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of center operations, including curriculum delivery, staff management, student affairs, and financial administration. Develop and implement educational programs that integrate both Spanish and English learning effectively. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff, fostering a positive and productive work culture. Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations regarding early childhood education and licensing. Develop and manage the center's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and efficiency. Promote the center's philosophy and programs to prospective parents and the wider community. Establish and maintain strong communication channels with parents, addressing concerns and fostering active engagement in their child's education. Implement quality assurance measures and continuously seek opportunities for program improvement and innovation.



Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and promotes the holistic development of every child. Represent the center in community events and professional networks within San Luis Potosí .

Requirements

Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 6 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 3 years in a leadership or administrative role. Proven experience in managing a bilingual educational program or center. Strong understanding of early childhood development, pedagogical best practices, and curriculum design. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and operational resources effectively. Proficiency in both Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Experience with accreditation processes and regulatory compliance is highly desirable. Passion for creating an exceptional learning experience for young children. Must be legally authorized to work in San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí .
