About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and highly organized Especialista en Gestión de Inventario y Control de Stock for their retail operations in the vibrant tourist destination of Cancún, Quintana Roo. This critical role ensures the accuracy, efficiency, and optimization of inventory levels, directly impacting profitability and customer satisfaction. The idóneo candidate will possess a deep understanding of inventory management systems, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies. You will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, minimizing shrinkage, and implementing effective inventory control procedures. This is an on-site position essential for maintaining the smooth flow of merchandise and supporting the dynamic sales environment of Cancún. We are looking for an individual dedicated to precision and efficiency in managing vital stock assets.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records across all stock locations.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and obsolescence.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and optimize stock levels.
- Process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO).
- Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to ensure product availability and manage stock replenishment.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly and thoroughly.
- Generate reports on inventory status, turnover, and shrinkage for management.
- Implement best practices for warehouse organization and stock handling.
