About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Wellness and Aesthetics Consultant to join their innovative team in a fully remote capacity. This role is based in Acapulco, Guerrero, MX , but the position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within Mexico. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing cutting-edge wellness programs and aesthetic treatment strategies for a diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage comprehensive wellness and aesthetic consultation programs for clients.
- Conduct in-depth virtual consultations to assess client needs, goals, and preferences regarding health, beauty, and wellness.
- Design personalized treatment plans, recommending specific services, products, and lifestyle modifications.
- Provide expert advice on skincare, nutrition, fitness, and stress management, integrating aesthetic treatments where appropriate.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, research, and technologies in the wellness and aesthetic fields.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to enhance service offerings and client experience.
- Train and mentor junior consultants (if applicable) on best practices and service delivery.




- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging long-term engagement.
- Analyze program effectiveness and client feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Nutrition, Health Sciences, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role within the wellness, beauty, or aesthetics industry.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering personalized wellness and aesthetic plans.
- Deep understanding of skincare, cosmetic treatments, holistic health principles, and nutritional science.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, crucial for remote client interaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and client management software.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
