Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and enforce national cleaning standards, protocols, and best practices across all company sites.
- Manage and provide guidance to regional cleaning supervisors, ensuring their teams meet performance objectives.
- Utilize remote monitoring tools and technology to track operational performance, identify trends, and implement improvements.
- Oversee the procurement and inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment nationwide, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct virtual site audits and performance reviews of cleaning operations in various regions.
- Develop and deliver remote training programs for cleaning staff and supervisors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, HR, procurement) to ensure seamless service delivery.




- Analyze operational data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Ensure compliance with all national and local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all national cleaning operations inquiries and issue resolution.

Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years focused on large-scale cleaning or janitorial services.
- Proven experience managing dispersed teams and remote operations.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing standardized operational procedures.
- Expertise in cleaning technologies, sanitation best practices, and relevant health and safety regulations.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional remote communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with project management software, communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Teams), and MS Office Suite.
