About the Role

Our client, a growing company specializing in commercial and industrial HVAC solutions, is seeking a skilled Technician to join their team in Guadalajara, Jalisco. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of complex climate control and refrigeration systems across various client sites. The adecuado candidate will possess a strong technical background, a commitment to quality, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. This position offers a blend of field work and potential for some remote coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform installations, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs on a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Diagnose complex system issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of all service calls, including parts used and time spent.
- Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Advise clients on system upgrades and energy-efficient solutions.




- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry advancements.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.

Requirements
- Technical degree or certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems.
- Proficiency in brazing, soldering, and pipe fitting.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
- Experience with various refrigerants and EPA certification (preferred).
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair systems from multiple manufacturers.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Availability for on-call rotations and occasional evening/weekend work.
