audit and perform the final approval of employee expense reports to ensure compliance with the Company policies.Communicate effectively to employees regarding expense report status and issues.Enter supplier invoices timely and accurately.Help with supplier and employee inquiry on invoice status.Work on special projects and provide other analyses as directed.What You'll Need3+ years of experience in Accounts PayableExperience with Oracle preferredUnderstanding banking transactions and bank portalsAbility to manage high volumes of transactions and meet deadlinesExcellent attention to detailStrong analytical skillsets to effectively address and/or identify policy exceptionsDemonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills required for interactions with employees of all levels in Spanish and EnglishMaintain strong working relationshipsMust be able to work independently and in a collaborative team environmentFlexibility and a team player with can do attitudeHighly organized and self-motivatedProficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)#J-*****-Ljbffr
