This is a hands-on position supporting Accounts Payable activities for our legal entities in Mexico while regularly partnering with suppliers, internal teams, and international colleagues.The role is idóneo for someone who is comfortable working in a high-volume Accounts Payable environment and understands what it takes to keep invoices, payments, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end activities accurate and moving on time.What You'll Be DoingYou'll manage and support day-to-day Accounts Payable activities, including:Processing supplier invoices and credit notes, including domestic, international, and intercompany transactionsManaging a high volume of invoices while ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and accuracyInvestigating invoice, pricing, quantity, receipt, XML,



and payment discrepanciesPreparing payment proposals and monitoring supplier payments and prepaymentsReconciling Accounts Payable subledger balances to the General LedgerSupporting month-end and quarterly closing, including reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and reportingWorking with Mexican electronic accounting and XML documentationMaintaining communication with suppliers and internal teams to resolve payment and invoice issuesCollaborating with colleagues and intercompany partners in Mexico and globallySupporting audits, reporting, and ongoing finance process improvementsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldApproximately 2–4 years of accounting experience, primarily within Accounts PayableSolid understanding of Accounts Payable, reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and general accountingExperience processing supplier invoices and resolving discrepanciesExperience reconciling Accounts Payable activity to the General LedgerFamiliarity with Mexican electronic accounting requirements and XML documentationExperience with Oracle ERP or a comparable financial systemStrong Microsoft Excel skillsIntermediate or higher English proficiency, written and verbalStrong attention to detail, organization, analytical skills, and ability to meet monthly and quarterly deadlinesNice to Have:Experience with Oracle Accounts Payable, FCCS, intercompany accounting, international suppliers, supplier prepayments, financial audits, manufacturing/shared-services accounting, or advanced Excel would be a plus.
