Our primary objective is to provide solutions to the original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the automotive sector, as well as to their Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, in the field of high-technology industrial coating and painting systems.Key RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in technical sales of engineering projects in paint lines, coating application systems, and industrial automation within the automotive sector.In-depth understanding of industrial painting, coating processes, and automated equipment in automotive manufacturing plants.Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and draft technical and commercial proposals.Key Competencies: Advanced negotiation, business acumen, executive prospecting, and a goal-driven mindset.Industry Network: Active network of contacts including Plant Managers, Engineering Directors, Maintenance Managers,



and Procurement Leads in the automotive industry.Primary ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prospect new business opportunities for painting technology and coating system projects in automotive assembly plants.Develop tailored technical-commercial proposals based on client requirements and site specs.Manage the complete sales cycle (prospecting, technical surveys, negotiation, closing, and post-sale account management).
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets under a performance-tracked environment.Onboarding & Entry Condition (Validation Phase)We are looking for a candidate with an immediate commercial impact.
