This position ensures a seamless and positive closing experience by addressing client concerns, confirming all transaction details, and delivering exceptional service.
The role directly contributes to the company's mission of helping families build generational wealth through accessible homeownership solutionsKey Responsibilities:Guide clients through the final stages of the purchase process, ensuring all terms, conditions, and expectations are clearly understood and agreed upon.
Address objections effectively to secure successful closings.Client Communication:Maintain consistent, transparent, and professional communication with clients,



providing timely updates and answering questions throughout the closing process.Sales Support & UpsellingDeliver a high level of customer service while identifying opportunities to introduce additional products or services that align with client needsAccurately complete and review all required documentation, ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory standardsMaintain organized and up-to-date transaction records.Conduct follow-ups after closing to ensure client satisfaction, address any remaining concerns, and foster long-term relationships that support retention and referrals.RequirementsProven experience in sales, closing, or customer-facing roles, preferably in real estate, mortgage, or financial servicesStrong negotiation and objection-handling skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation and compliance processesAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentStrong organizational and multitasking skillsCustomer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering an outstanding client experienceB2 - C1 English proficiency (if working with U.S.-based clients)What We Offer:Competitive base salary ($22k $24k gross)Full law benefits ( 20 days of Christman bonus at year, 37.5% instead of 25% of vacation bonus)Punctuality and attendance bonus of $2,200 MXN tax free monthlyExcellence bonus of $1,000 MXN tax free trimestral#J-*****-Ljbffr
