Accounting or Industrial Engineering+8 years of relevant experience in finance transformation or finance advisory rolesSolid understanding of core Finance functions and operations (Accounting, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Master Data, etc.)Hands-on experience in transformation projects related to Operating Model (e.G. Shared Services), End-to-end process improvement (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report) and Finance Organization DesignProven ability to lead teams and manage project delivery end-to-endStrong understanding of the Finance technology landscape: ERP architectures (SAP, Oracle) and other finance technologies (e.G.
