Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC Product Engineer in Mexico to drive product engineering initiatives, collaborate with integral design centers, and resolve design, quality and process challenges across the plant.
You will ensure alignment with design standards and regulatory requirements while leading new product introductions and engineering changes.
Key duties include maintaining master data, BOMs and drawings; supporting Kaizen events; and driving cost reductions and product improvements.
