Your role is vital for ensuring accurate financial information and driving strategic initiatives within the logistics team at Mercado Envíos.

You will work closely with Operations and People leaders, contributing to cost management, financial planning, and insights that impact business performance. Your primary objectives include managing financial integrity, leading financial projections, identifying key performance deviations, and fostering collaboration with site leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure financial integrity by monitoring actuals and provisions at month-end for accurate accounting.
- Identify deviations in key metrics (CPI, GNP, GGP, AT) through financial analysis to anticipate risks and discover efficiencies.
- Oversee the integration of the site's Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle, articulating operational and financial variables for short
- to medium-term performance projections.




- Drive the standardization and automation of analysis processes and tools to enhance the analytical speed and maturity of the team.## Required Skills
- Experience in controlling, financial analysis, or FP&A; within operational environments.
- Proficient in constructing and defending P&L; analysis and financial projections.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets for data modeling.
- Experience utilizing SAP for recording, querying, and extracting financial information.
- Proven track record of independently managing financial planning cycles with a strategic leadership role.
- Direct involvement in business planning cycles (IBP, Forecasting, and weekly projections).## Active participation in your professional development with access to learning and challenging projects.
