Real Estate Operations Coordinator – Property Management, Leasing & Tenant Coordination

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Real Estate Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial property portfolios.
This is a hands-on operations role focused on tenant communication, leasing, maintenance coordination, property management systems, and owner reporting .
You'll work closely with tenants, vendors, property owners, and internal teams to keep property operations organized, responsive, and running smoothly.
Tenant & Leasing Coordination
Respond to tenant inquiries regarding rent, leases, maintenance, and property policies
Process leases, renewals, applications, and tenant onboarding documentation
Send rent, renewal, and compliance reminders
Support property listings across Zillow, Apartments.

Property Management Systems
Keep tenant and property records accurate and up to date
Maintenance & Vendor Coordination
Create and assign maintenance work orders
Track maintenance requests through completion
Provide visibility into rent collections, leasing activity, and open maintenance issues
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain organized, audit-ready property documentation




Support compliance with Fair Housing requirements, lease procedures, and applicable landlord-tenant regulations
2+ years of experience in property management, leasing coordination, real estate operations, or property administration
~ Hands-on experience with Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, or similar property management software
~ Experience with leasing documentation and tenant communication
~ Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills
~ Excellent written and verbal English communication
~ Comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours

Residential, commercial, or mixed-use property experience
Multi-state property management exposure
Experience with security deposits, owner statements, trust accounting, or property accounting workflows
Leases and property documentation remain accurate and organized
Fully remote opportunity
