About the Role

Our client, a highly innovative software development company, is seeking an experienced Ingeniero DevOps Senior to join their fully remote team. Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated building, testing, and deployment of applications.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Automate operational tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Ensure security best practices are implemented and maintained across the infrastructure.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and deployment strategies.




- Manage containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Contribute to architectural decisions related to cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, System Administration, or Software Engineering with a focus on infrastructure.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including services like EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, etc.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
- Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Understanding of networking concepts, security principles, and monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
