About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing e-commerce company with a strong brand presence, is seeking an experienced and strategic Gerente de Marketing Digital y Redes Sociales to lead their digital efforts in Cancún, Quintana Roo . This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing and social media strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and online sales. The idóneo candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital landscape, a proven ability to manage social media platforms effectively, and a passion for creating innovative marketing campaigns. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive and impactful digital marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Oversee all aspects of social media management, including strategy development, content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing and social media professionals.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies.




- Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic, customer acquisition, and customer retention.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing and social media management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in developing and executing data-driven digital marketing and social media strategies for e-commerce businesses.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics).
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills in Spanish.
- Proficiency in managing various social media platforms and digital advertising tools.
- Creative thinking and ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.
- Experience in the tourism or hospitality e-commerce sector is a plus.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Cancún, Quintana Roo .
