About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement sophisticated deep learning models for various applications, including natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
- Conduct rigorous research and experimentation to identify and evaluate new AI algorithms and techniques.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, product managers) to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and efficiency for production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall technical growth of the AI team.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and actively contribute to the company's knowledge base.

Requirements

- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in developing and deploying deep learning models in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Strong understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, essential for a remote‑first environment.
- Experience with large‑scale datasets and distributed computing.
